Oceanox 1.16.3-9 Update

FIXES / CHANGES
- Added loading music
- Fixed lotus from spawning under the terrain and causing lag.
- The game is now back into Fullscreen mode. to go back to old display,
press F11.
- Compressed some PNG and OBJ files.
- Improved time code and button code.

This is a small fix update. Updates are normally released up to an hour after post is released.
